That puts CBD in the same category as heroin under US drug laws.
Meanwhile, the United Kingdom reclassified CBD as medicine.
The new classification means CBD products can be legally distributed across the UK.
?We have come to the opinion that products containing CBD used for medical purposes are a medicine,? stated UK regulatory agency MHRA.
As harmful as heroin? The USA is going backwards. CBD = medicine, and the UK knows it.
